Moussa MARA co anime une conférence à l’hôtel sheraton de Bamako sur le thème de la politique fiscale idéale pour le Mali.
MARA a conseillé d’améliorer la gouvernance fiscale, mieux tenir compte des intérêts des contribuables, digitaliser les procédures fiscales, moraliser le dispositif des exonérations fiscales, élargir l’assiette des impôts et taxes pour diminuer le poids sur les contribuables, mieux aider et proteger la production nationale, mettre en place une vraie fiscalité locale pour accompagner la décentralisation du pays….
La fiscalité est un bon instrument de progrès et de justice si elle est bien utilisée.
